it depends, but most likely yes.

Raijitek has some similar priced but quieter/better performing cpu coolers.  At 50$ you get True spirit 140 that is like D15.

No higher than $50. I want an air cooler on my second rig, so i dont want to spend a lot.

There should be a slightly slimmer one (not the 2, or the slim)that is cheaper, but I can't see it on PCPP. That one will perform better though, but it is $15 more.

It's the standard cooler for builds pretty much. It's the go-to cooler.
