play on one computer, stream from another ?

so I will be doing a lan with battlefront 2. and I want to use the school's internet and my laptop (or the pc.) to stream the game. while using the other one to play the game.

how can I do that ? (if its even possible)

Maybe try getting obs and recording the game on the streaming computer but play on the laptop, if that makes since. For instance (i have no idea if it will work) when i strream from my pc to my macbook on steam, the pc still shows the game so if you have obs recording on the pc, it might work. 

I run my own indie game company called Color Dragon Studios where we are currently making a 2d platformer game called Small Earth.

I am really not sure, i don't have much experience other than messing around just for fun, sorry.

I run my own indie game company called Color Dragon Studios where we are currently making a 2d platformer game called Small Earth.
