For under 40 bucks I would highly recommend the CM Hyper 412s as well.

Do you think the hyper 212 EVO can do 4.2GHz overclock?

Up to 4.5 ghz depending on your chip and case airflow.

The hyper 212 evo is an amazing cooler ^_^ and it's compatible with pretty much everything; 1150 = 1155 in terms of size and mounting points.
