My super budget build

the Vamery GTX650 2Gb card, Ive seen this card online but there all the same, they all say the specs in Vamery GTX650 Ti. Im using this card because my budget isnt great and i know ive had other posts with $2500 builds and such but those arnt my build im just building it for a friend. Is the gtx650 a reasonable card for old games like l4d2 and gmod? I have a 1080P Monitor i got for $30 at a garage sale and just a prebuild, Quad core cpu and 500Gb HDD. Im thinking about upgrading the ram to 6 gb with an extra stick of ram and the cooler to a be quiet! Cooler. The motherboard im just going to keep the same and i might add a 120Gb ssd for boot and my 500Gb as a temporary storage because i have my own personal home server. Anyways is the card good enough for medium setting at 1080P
