first off my specs i7 4770K @4.3 ghz xfx r9 290 1050MHz core clock 1350MHz Memory clock 1200w pc power and cooling powersupply gigabyte g1 sniper m5 z87 motherboard windows 10 pro and 16 gb pny 1333 hz ram. now the problem since i clearly have the specs to run gta 5 i should be getting high settings 50-60 fps right no i average about 14 fps this is pretty much universal for multiple games payday witcher literally anything on dx 11 all my drivers are up to date and i dont think an ssd is dying if thats even possible if its not a hardware issue than it might be a software issue such as root kits i have no clue what is wrong really just need some more insight or help. I planned on upgrading my ram next month to higher hz ram thanks in advance

Use Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall the GPU driver.

 

Then download and install the latest and appropriate driver from the Manufacturer website.

 

Also use ADWCleaner and Malwarebytes for a scan.

Bottleneck is Impossible with your hardware

 

Edit: It can be malware,bloatware,Driver Issues
