How much would you pay for a i5-2400 w/ a HP mobo?

$200 - $250

although HP boards are terrible so im leaning towards the $200 side

 

ive had 2 HP boards that broke in the past year (probably should stop building on carpets)

Just board and CPU? $95. I would pay more to not take the board.

$200 - $250

$150 at best, depending on condition and usage time.

  

Just board and CPU? $95. I would pay more to not take the board.

Really ? I can give over to eBay and buy a i5-2500k and Z77 mobo for around $120 :/. I can also buy a new mobo that's say H61 microATX

For $40 or less. I was thinking $75 since the mobo isn't all that great ect ect.

Wow, then they've dropped a bit more since I was last looking at them (got an i5-2550k for ~$145). All OEM boards are worthless as far as I'm concerned, even with locked chips. Although, the HP boards I've come across aren't nearly as bad as the Dell's.

For locked chips They are alright. They have a Gen2 x16 PCIE, plenty of Sata ports. Only really problem I found is they only have one fan header.
