My monitor just took a crap and I can't decide what new one/two to get.

I'd personally go with IPS just for the image quality but go with the Asus if you game.

Work: IPS

IPS, imo colors are much more important than 144Hz. Unless you're like, a serious FPS gamer (CS:GO and stuff).

I'm not super serious about gaming and I was only gaming at 74hz before (yes my monitor was overclocked and yes I know that's why it died but I didn't even expect it to last this long so yeah) but I never knew of a 1440p monitor being this cheap and it has great reviews so it has put me in a odd position with the Asus one that I was planning to get. I don't do any content creation so I don't need one for anything like that but just wanted to get more opinions.
