Question about Ram

I have a i7 4790k with 16gb 2133 DDR3 ram.

 

I will use this computer for graphic design, 3D design and rendering, movie editing and music production and some gaming.

 

I am building 5820K based computer and I am going to put 32gb ram in there.

 

The first computer will mostly be used for music production, some gaming and the other functions listed above secondary.

 

The 2nd computer will be the main 3D rendering and movie editing machine. So that while I have things rendering, I can still use the first machine for graphic design and some 3D modeling, etc. But the primary purpose of the 1st computer will be music production, after I build the 2nd computer.

 

Is it worth it to put 32gb of ram in the i7 4790K system? Or just put the 32gb of ram in the 2nd computer?

@yoshiii Are you sure you need the 32gigs?. But if so, get 8x4GB of decent DDR4 and put it in the X99 rig
