I intend to get a New Rig other than my current one ..So i'm confused between two builds
First one :
Fx-8350
R9-380 4GB Nitro
8 GB RAM HYPERX FURY ( 8x1) (cause i intend to get another 8 )
GA-970A-D3P or ASUS M5A97 R2.0 ( can't decide .. i know they are both meh but they are the ones available with AM3+ Socket in my Region .. )
SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W 80 PLUS Certified ( cause my rig won't use more than 452 W )

Second one
Fx-6300
R9 - 390 8 GB Nitro
Same ram
same Motherboard(s)
Same PSU

so what do you think ?

What is this build for? If it's for gaming then an AMD FX might not be the best place to put your money.

You could certainly fit a good locked Intel Haswell CPU into your budget, which would offer you improved performance in many games.

While FX chips aren't a terrible choice, you would almost certianly benefit from an Intel.

If you do want the AMD FX for some reason I can recommend the Asus M5A97. If you want to OC you should instead look at the Gigabyte GA 970A UD3 as it has better power circuits.

If you could tell us your needs and your budget we would be able to better help you choose parts that are right for you :)

Well It's for gaming ..The nearest thing i have in the same price of the Fx-8350 is an Intel Core i5-4460 .. which is kinda lower than the Fx-8350 ..
No i don't intend to overclock .. Well my budget doesn't matter cause prices in my region differs greatly than other countries but anyways it's 700$

The i5 4460 should actually perform better than the FX in most games. While the FX isn't a poor choice for gaming, the 4460 will most likely suit your needs better.

Could you try writing out a spec with the 4460 that fits in your budget so we can review it :)

although your  build will not use more the 450w, i would get at least 600w, if you what a bronze psu, 550, gold.... if you get this psu,  it will work, but, as you get too close to  the 82-85% of power usage, the psu get less efficient,  so its more prone  to damage... imo
the  amd cpu can work especially with dx12, but dont forget to  overclock it (8350 wise) another reason to get a better psu

okay Then

i5-4460

asus h81- gamer

r9 380 4gb nitro

same ram

same psu

and that's actually better for my current budget .. but i'm not sure about the Asus though

That looks like a decent build. I presume you have accounted for your case, fans, drives and any other components you might need.

That Asus motherboard looks fine. It may need a BIOS update to support the Haswell Refresh CPU, but it has Asus' EZ Flash 2 which will let you do this without a CPU.

The Seasonic PSU is a good choice, reliable and well reviewed.

Yes i have a k380 Case all fans Installed except for the Side one can't find a place to stick it in ..

i though maybe a Gtx 970 would do me better in term of heat ,power efficiency  and overclockabilty if that's a word with the same rig and psu
