64 bit media creation tool doesn't work

just bought windows 10 and downloaded the 64 bit media creation tool, when i try to open it it shows an error, and plus in the faq section it says i can find my product key in your account in digital content, but i can't find it. pls help

I couldn't get it to work either so I downloaded the .iso from the Microsoft website and used Rufus to make a bootable USB.

Are you currently running a 64bit OS?

The tool only work if you have the 65 bit OS.

 

Try running 32 bit version of it.

What error? Please give a detailed description or screenshot. Also, if you used the free upgrade offer to get Windows 10, you will not have a product key and you can skip prompts askig for it.
