Mobo help!!!!

hey guys, I am planning a new build. It has too run an AMD FX 8350, have at least 4gb ram, and have great  fps while gaming, and (slightly better then beginner, but under experienced) video editing and photoshop along with some autodesk inventor cad stuff. What I have so far: AMD FX 8350, 8gb Hyper X ram (1600mhz), and a OCZ ModXtreme Pro 700watt power supply. What i need help with are the motherboard and graphics cards. my 2 motherboard ideas are GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD5 and

ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 (the mobo cannot exceed 180 dollars) and the graphics card. I have chosen the evga geforce 650ti boost 2gb, which is at my budget of 170 dollars. just want the best quality, with minimal bottleneck. I suspect i will overclock video card ram and cpu

thanks for your help in advanced!!!!

I would drop that board for something slightly less expensive and put the rest of that money into a different card.

Error: 410

Here is a MSI 990FX mobo, MSI is great since they use extremely high end parts and are just great all round.

HIS 7950

Since you are saving $60 by going with the MSI mobo, you can get a much better GPU. The 650Ti just sucks for it's price point in games, rendering, all round it's not that great of a card at it's price.

Please tell us your budget, whether you need an OS, and any other info. Read this: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-reccomendations-please-read-before-posting/

As for your cpu, you should get a cheaper mobo/cpu like the 8320/Extreme 4 970 and get a better GPU like a 7950.

If you could i would go for a 16gig ram kit.

good choice on other parts, a Sabertooth Gen 3 is always a good m/board for all-round work / gaming etc system.  for sure get a 990FX chipset on which ever m/board you buy.

just watch all the videos on your shortlist and see which suits your needs and tastes.

the graphics card looks good.

got to love Asus components

If you are really just doing light video editing, photoshop and mostly gaming: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1rHXn
