RAM - BSOD Issues

Lately I've been getting a few blue screens on windows 10, three different actually. The first one being Critical_Process_Died, I've kinda fixed this. Second is kernel_data_inpage, and third unexpected store exception. I don't have any log files of these crashes, but it has happend after I clean installed windows 10, and put in a SSD and graphics card. I fixed the critical_process_died with removing one of my three ram sticks (1333mhz 3x4)
