Freezing sound loop problem

Some of my games are just Freezing and going into a sound loop, like the bo3 beta It runs alright for a few minutes then just freezes and goes into a sound loop

 

Specs 

Windows 10

Intel pentium g3258 3.2ghz

r7 260x

8gb ram

500w

uninstall and reinstall sound drivers
