I'm about to give my PC a makeover, and I have the parts picked out already. I'm just looking for any advice on whether this is a good upgrade or not. I'll list all the specs below:

Current PC Specs:

Mobo: Biostar A58MD v6.6

APU: AMD A4-6300

GPU: Integrated HD 8370D

CASE: XION Xon 310-BK

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2000gb 7200 rpm (SATA)

PSU: iMicro 400w

RAM: 8gb Kingston HyperX Fury 1866mhz

Upgraded PC specs:

Mobo: Biostar A58MD v6.6

CPU: AMD Athlon x4 860k

GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 750ti OC

CASE: VIVO ATX Case-01

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2000gb 7200 rpm (SATA)

PSU: EVGA 500w

RAM: 8gb Kingston HyperX Fury 1866mhz

I produce electronic music, which is pretty demanding.

I play very casual games now, hoping that the 750ti will help me get into heavier gaming. I have a 24 inch 1080p monitor also.

Thanks guys, this is my first forum post.

I should also mention that I'm 13 years old.

Thanks, and yeah.. I don't have enough money as of right now, but that will definitely be the next upgrade after this. I've been looking at the Gigabyte FM2 plus mobo, it's pretty well priced especially because I don't need all the bells and whistles, and micro atx is a good size for me. Thanks for the advice

I might consider a GPU upgrade, maybe one of these? I know it's more expensive, but I have the Sapphire one, and it runs demanding games like Hardline on ultra with AA turned down at 30-45 fps. IDK, your choice ;)
