1080p? Hm a R9 Fury ( non x ) or GTX 980 should be more then enough until pascal comes out.

i need a gpu for my pc that im building (first time building a gaming pc). whats the best gpu i can get that will support 3 monitor surround gaming at 1080p that isnt crazy expensive? i will probably be getting the GTX 980 ti but its like 650$, and thats a little bit expensive. is there anything i can get that would be just as good for less money? if not i will stick with the 980 ti

I mean there's the Fury X but eh, I'd say the 980ti is definitely a solid choice if you can afford it :)

What's the rest of your specs?

What resolution will you be playing at? If this is 1080p a r9 390 will be good but anything higher a 980Ti.
