1. You need to download an ISO for the OS key you have (Windows 8.1, Windows 7 etc.),

2. Make a bootable media device. Can be a USB drive or a disc, using Microsoft's media creation tool.

3. Start installation using the media device you created

4. When prompted, enter product key. 

5. Done
