Best Air cooler

Basically I want a new cooler as my stock one sucks balls, I don't overclock or anything so I don't need a double 240Mil fan with 8 heat pipes or anything like that just something like a hyper 212.

 

-  But is there better for money?

-  Will I need a new fan to put on it?

Those are the highest performing coolers though I probably left some out.

 

The 212 is a great low budget cooler that performs like a lot of higher end coolers. You won't benefit much from adding a second fan, like two or three degrees Celsius.

The CM Hyper 212 EVO is the best you can get for the money. 

And no you don't need another fan

Agree, if you are willing to spend more money i recommend H80i instead. Not only great cooling but you will get the heat out of the case
