Cord Length

I'm looking for a way to keep my computer in the computer room, and use it all over my house. Either with the multiple TVs I have, or with my tablet. My first thought was just having really long cord extensions (HDMI, USB, etc.) and wire them to the different rooms. I think at/after 50ft usually you are at risk to lose data. I don't think I require 50ft, but is that distance realistic? Or is the distance much shorter/longer than I think?

Put chromecast in ur tv and download splashtop for ur pc and tablet
