Also, get rid of that PSU before it makes your system explode.

Not all antec PSU are bad (e.g High current), it depends on the model.

Check into BIOS. It'll help.

Probably check in the BIOS.

I say that because all of my clients that had Antec PSUs (4 of them, all retainers, 14 computers in total) have had them shock there system with an over volt, and then power ripple. The parts are unrecoverable after this.

I've had this PSU for about 3-4 years and never ran into any problems.  I'll keep what you said in mind tho! :D

I have checked in the BIOS but I am not sure were I can it would be located.

 

The manual of the motherboard will have it. Just consult it. Otherwise it should be in the menu where all the PCIe, LAN and USB controlls are. There should be an option there to power the USB ports (or some of them) while the PC is off.
