Is the EVGA GTX 770 02G-P4-2770-KR a reference NVIDIA PCB?

LinkTechAMD

Hello. I am considering buying a reference GTX 770 As my GPU Upgrade with a an XSPC Waterblock. I know the card is fairly old at this point, but I can't afford a GTX 970 with a block as well. But does anyone know if the EVGA GTX 770 02G-P4-2770-KR is a reference PCB from NVIDIA?

It looks like it is - the cooler even looks reference-ish.

Sig under construction.

It is made to work like a reference one, isn't a reference itself, doesn't look as good etc.
