A few games with DX12 will come out this year, but there will still be more games with DX11 than DX12 this year. I'd say that in 2016 more releases will be DX12 than DX11.

highly, highly, unlikely. "Far Cry 5" and "Witcher 4" might. But consoles will drastically slow the rate of DX12 adoption.
