H440 GPU Support

Hey Guys. I am in the proecss of picking a smaller case, and the H440 looks like a great option. The R5 doesn't quite float my boat. However, the GPU I want to use, the Galax 980 ti HOF edition is 305mm long, while the h440 out of the box only allows 292mm cards. are the 3.5in hard drive cages removable to allow me to use a larger than 292mm card, or should I go with a smaller card?
