Good $200-ish GPU?

I'm looking for a new GPU, preferably under $200 (+/- $10 if needed) including shipping .etc. Shopping in Canada.

 

Mainly want to play games like Assetto Corsa and GTAV on high 1080p at playable, my r9 270 gets 60fps on Assetto Corsa maxed out (single car race). 

 

the 270 is starting to shit the bed and since I took it apart they won't give me a refund or RMA, which is why I need a new one. any suggestions? or should I just get another 270? I kind of want to go towards GTX since I have never had a Nvidia card and Shadowplay looks interesting...

You can check the GTX 960, if not look into the GTX 950

960s are going for as low as 185 atm so I'd recommend that. Unless you can find a 380 under 200 dollars.
