Suggestions for eBook?

So I have been reading eBooks for a while but its really hard to read from PC or tablet so I decided to buy eBook/eReader/whatever its called . I got no idea at what specs to look at but Ive noticed that most ebooks are 6 inch large and the screen resolution is about the same for most of them. I want to go as cheap as possible but since I'm gonna keep it for a while I want it to be "good enough".

If you're having trouble reading on a normal tablet, most of the normal tablet "eReaders" are going to give you the same trouble (i.e. Kindle Fire).

 

The Kindle PaperWhite should do it for you.

An ordinary Kindle should work just fine if that's what you're after. Nothing special but it'll last a month on a charge.

Ok, I noticed that it doesnt support EPUB files but I could probably get them in other format anyway. Will I be able to read eBooks that I have gotten from somewhere else and just put them on the Kindle and read?

Yes, you should be able to; you can with most other Kindle devices.
