I dont have an ethernet cable in my room so im guessing i need a dual band pci express adapter,

Get an EVGA PSU.  That adapter is good.

I'm currently using that exact Card right now and it works very well.

Sometimes the Antennas will fall down but nothing to major

Good adapter I have one myself but don't get a CX PSU, get dual stick 4GB RAM and if you're only using the build for gaming you don't need a i7 just get a i5
