Don't get either of them, They're just for show. No mechanical key switches? Shouldn't even be called a gaming keyboard. Save up for a K70 or K70 RGB.

Youre better off saving up for a better one which will actually last, if you buy a cheaper one, itll last nowhere near as long as a good one and youll just end up buying another cheap one.

Based on your $25 budget and everyone's reccomendations on saving up for a mechanical keybaord, I'd recommend the CM Devastator to tide you over if you can't scavenge a cheap Dell or OEM keyboard.
