Hey guys, so I just got a GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming from Gigabyte after my 7970 died from a leak that I just fixed :I

I leak tested the system for 72 hours at full pump speed to make sure there would be no leaks from my 980 ti. After I put the 980 ti in, the system will not post. For a few times, the motherboard indicated it was receiving power, the fans were spinning, and the LED's on the card were on. Just no output. However, today, I tried turning on my system and the power LED on my motherboard just kept blinking every second or so. Ive read up and I think it could be a faulty or under-watted PSU, since I doubt the 980 ti is DOA.

System Specs:

Intel core i7 3930k

16 GB Mushkin Redine DDR3-2133 Mhz RAM

Custom Liquid Loop

Enermax Platimax 600W PSU

Gigabyte GTX 980 ti G1 Gaming

NZXT Phantom 820 Case

Things I've tried doing: Reseating the RAM, Running on Different Sticks, Using Extensions for Cables, and Ive done the Paper-Clip Method.

Relevant Info:

I know the PSU works since I could leak-test my system by jumping the 24 pin connector. I read somewhere that the card goes under full load when you first turn on the system, but then goes to idle a few seconds later. Also, Ive read another place that says the card can draw up to 342 Watts under full load vs reference 980 tis. Without the GPU in, the power LED still flickers, so Im not sure what to make of it.

I can supply videos and pictures if needed.

All help is appreciated.
