Just uninstall and reinstall if that doesn't work check your gpu and you could to make sure there working clearly

i bumped up the graphics a bit and i was running on 50 fps and that happens but not too often , btw just a random question i was u know plugging mah pc and i accidentally put my ssd and hdd in sata 2 and not in sata 3 , does that affect anything?

It shouldn't affect anything but check it and the gpu to make sure both are firmly pushed in because if even 1 pin is not in correctly it could be the cause of the problem. Ps if none of that works just put it back in sata 3 tech is weard sometimes.
