So I've been doing research most of the day and kinda want some opinions. Which is better the ASRock Fatal1ty Z97x Killer or the Asus Hero VII ROG brand. I'm speaking in terms of features, realibilty, cost pretty much the whole 9 yards.

If you've previously won the build off please pm me so we can get something worked out.

does the asrock one cost less?

in terms of features and reliability i would go with asus

their rog brand is even better

but they are quite expensive

I've heard alot of DOA from both, but the Asus one has a "bios freeze" I like them both.

I would usually go with ROG, just because ASUS and ROG is their best line. That is, unless you find the fatal1ty discounted and price is an issue.

rog is probably better by far. I had an ASRock board one time, and I had numerous issues with it, I don't know if it was just my model but I just don't trust them anymore.
