Windows 10 Picture tinting

When I open a picture using windows ten, the whole image has a yellow tint, even the 'white' background is yellow. I am not sure what this is because anywhere else i see images with white perfectly fine. pictures show up yellow with picture gallery and windows photo viewer. This does not happen when I use windows 10 photos. I think this is a coincidence but I would like to know how I could fix this as it is very annoying.

Set the color management for all monitors to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 as default. That'll fix it.
