I need to team two gigabit nics in my nas and I need a managed switch for it. Anyone have any recommendations? I only need at MAX 5 ports so dont go too crazy.

I'm using a Dlink small office smart switch, don't know the model number, but it does port aggregation (8 ports though). Any big name "smart" switch should be fine for you. Smart means it has some level of managed features, whereas if they call it Managed then it normally has a much larger feature set.

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

I'm primarily using Cisco SG300s for "budget" use :)

I also own a few D-link smart switches (DGS 1210 or 1100 if you dont need fiber) as they cost next to nothing and if you are not using all the port on them, it should not be a problem with performance.

You could also look at the Ubiquiti switches, they offer some easy monitoring and configuration if you like to play with that.

PAgP is limited to 8 active and 8 standby ports. That's the standard :)
