Fan Speed Software?

I am looking for software that I can run that will allow me to set my fan speeds based on temperature. The software needs to be able to control the RPM of the 2 fans on my H80i and the fan on my AMD GPU.

Cannot use Corsair LINK as it will not allow me to adjust RPM based on the CPU temperature not the water temperature.

Corsair link for the h80i.

I have it but I want to set profiles so when my CPU is below 40c my fans run at 25%, between 40c - 50c running at 50% and 60c + at 75% and at 90c+ 100%

I also want my GPU to run at 50% but when over 70c run at 75%
