FPS lacking in h1z1.

In a normal game of battle royale, I barely get 60 fps. I currently own a GTX 970 and i7 4790k, but get around 30-40 fps. Is the game just badly optimized? I have 8 GB of ram, but it seems to be hitting 90-99 percent when running the game.

• OS: Windows 10/10 Pro  • SSD: Samsung 256GB 850 Evo Series *  • HDD: Seagate 1TB  • GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X (SLI)
• CPU: i7-4790K OC 4.7GHz Quad-Core Processor • Case: NZXT H440 (Black/Red) • PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W
• RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory • Mobo: MSI Gaming 5

I don't think the game has that option.

Just check and see if it does, If it does I'm 50% sure that that is the issue, or the game is extremely poorly optimized
