Burn in time before OC?

I am just finishing up my gaming/editing rig. I have a swiftech h220-x cooler on a i7-5820k, and 16gb ddr4 ripjaws 2800 ram. I hear you should let the Artic Silver 5 cure first? Is this true? How long should I burn in this system before over clocking? My first build in 10 years. so I'm a newb again! Thanks...

AS5 doesn't need to cure before you start overclocking. It will cure over a few months and your temps might drop a couple degrees.
