Hi Community!

So, my Lenovo Yoga 11s has bit the dust. I am in need of a laptop capable of enough performance to run the Adobe suite. But, as I am a college student, it needs to be under $350. I do have a computer at home that is my powerhouse when I need to export video, I need more of a daily driver that I can tote around and use as necessary. I found the Lenovo G50-80 for about $329.99 at Best Buy. I don't know if I should jump on it, or find something else. Storage is not an issue since most of my documents and content is in the cloud and on a external drive, respectably.

Thank you!

 Lenovo G50-80

Grandfather bought this laptop for $500AUD, The hard disk is painfully slow out of the box with like a 5min startup time BEFORE filling up the drive.

It is also the flexiest, crappiest casing I have ever seen on a laptop, look for alternatives.

Its a little weird for the price. I've seen an Asus F555LA with similar stats but it had an 1080p screen and it was pretty sturdy for about 350 and I think that would be worth it. If you could figure out a good way to remote in to your beast that would be good.
