I start my pc normally, and my ram usage is at no more than 40%, then I play a game and the process "system" uses a crazy amount. Here is a picture:  http://i.imgur.com/wawS7KF.png. Another problem is, that If i quit the game, in the case of the picture I just posted, I stay at a super high usage rate for idle: http://i.imgur.com/Tb36iFK.png. and the only way to fix it is to restart. This makes it impossible for me to use my pc or play another game,as I will launch one, and I will cap at 100% and it will be so laggy I can't play. My PC specs are in my signature if needed.

Not even Windows Vista had this issue so something's up at Redmond.
