Anyone familiar with the Hospital information System ? Im looking for complete end to end Hospital Management System,

 

I need to know how well it cover the following features:

 

1. Patient Management/Administration

2. Doctors/consultants Fee Processing

3. Appointment Scheduling

4. Rostering of staff
