cannot install windows

I just build my new computer, and I made an usb windows installer trying to install the windows. I changed the boot order, but nothing happened. It just boot back to the bios. I also tried with disk as well, but same thing happened. My computer just refuse to start the installing. 

 

Asus deluxe x99 usb 3.1 

i7 5960x

8x8gb ddr4 

intel 750 ssd

intel 730 ssd x2

wd 2tb black x2

wd 4tb black

ax1500 ssd 

 

can some one help?     solved

I have it. Two 980it.

So I suppose you have one on the first PCI-e slot, I think you can only have one connect at a time for installation that is.

ok, im trying, thanks

I just went through my second Haswell-E build and I remember having an issue with my first one where I put the GPU on the 2nd slot, and it doesn't like that.

one gpu did not work...

The USB was plugged in what type of slot? front header or directly to mobo?

it knows the usb is there, in the bios it is in the boot options. usb 3.0,I think. the usb is a sony 3.0. Both, I am trying both of them.

What I do on clean installs is use just one drive for the install and either the USB and DVD drive plugged in; try doing that, its also safer to install one drive then plug them all in later.

still not working. I forgot to say that when the computer trying to boot in to the windows installer, there is a white dot like thing flash on the top left of the monitor.

A dot... not a line like when it booting from the USB to install?

it like " - " this, so it is more like a dot than a line to me. sorry if it is confusing for you. 

Normally a few seconds after that it starts the installation, I know for installing via DVD you need to press a key to get it going otherwise it skips right to the next boot option. How long after that have you waited? I was going to ask if you are plugging into a USB 2.0 port but I guess I don't need to if it actually gives you a line why indicates it trying to access the USB, which leads me to think the USB ISO may be corrupted.

I would always install with just the boot drive connected (disconnect all other drives). But ultimately you can always do a forced boot in your BIOS. Go into the boot settings and look for a "Force" boot option and click the appropriate drive you want to boot from.

I will go and pick up a new usb drive today, If I don't force it to read the usb drive it will return to the bios. When I force it, I wait for some thing like 8 hours...

I will go and pick up a new usb drive. I think maybe something is going wrong with it.
