100% disk usage?

For the last week or so my pc has been using 100% disk usage. I've tried to expand my Virtual memory and disable things like superfetch . Does anyone else know a way to lower it to acceptable levels?

I've had this problem b4 unfortunley the only fix is changeing your MOBO. this is rare for it to work but Format/Reinstall OS might work
