I want to buy gtx 960 and i3 2120 and cooler master thunder 450w and i was wonder if this psu good for this parts and this all my budget can buy.

It's not the best but it's gonna be fine with low heat output components like yours I would think.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
