i know that hardwarewise they are basically the same but how do they compare in ease of use, handling, keyboard, build quality and so on.

MSI looks the winner to me with the 5700HQ

MSI, their steelseries keyboard is super nice too

The Asus one has a 4710HQ and no G-Sync (correct me if I'm wrong). My pick would be the MSI one.
