Scrap yard budget build

So I was looking on my local buy/selling site and found some stuff to make a pretty decent system for not that much money. I don't really have a need for another system but I'm bored and want to see if it would be a good deal,maybe slap steam os on it and keep it as a Lan rig or just try and sell it and make a little $$

Ok so the stuff I found:

Mobo/cpu/ram combo: asus m4a87td/usb3, amd athlon II x4 635, and 4GB of DDR3 1333 all for 120$ cad but I can probably get y for 80$ CAD

And the gpu

There's a evga ACX gtx 770 1 year old for 100$ and again can probably get it for 80$ maybe idk what he's willing to do.

So all I would need is a psu and a case, I have a couple HDDs laying around.

So for around 180-170$ is it worth it to buy those parts and spend another 40$ on a psu to make it a complete system for about 250$ CAD ?

Or trust ebay and get a used q6600 and lga 775 mobo and try to find some ddr3/ddr2 for it
