Default should be fine, 6/11 is the preset one and you don't need to change it. 

Specs: i7-4790k with Thermaltake Water 3.0, EVGA GTX 970, MSI Z97 Gaming 3, Kingston HyperX 2x8 DDR3 1600Mhz, SSD Boot Drive/1TB HD, CM Storm Stryker, EVGA Supernova G2 750W

Peripherals: SS Rival, HyperX Cloud, G710+

6/11 is the default (1:1) settings which is the best if you don't want Windows to screw things up. Going lower isn't too bad but you should absolutely never go higher or the cursor accuracy will suffer. You can test different settings by trying to draw circles (with a pen/brush tool) in an image editing program. On higher setting you will notice skipping which will cause the circles to look aliased/stepped instead of being smooth.

 

You should also disable "Enhance pointer precision" (Windows' acceleration) while in the mouse settings.

Is 6/11 meaning 6 to 11? So like setting it to 8.5 would be the middle of the road?
