I wonder what you guys use to clean, especially sweaty keyboards, which some of it does not want to come off with a microfiber cloth and water

For keycaps just remove all of them and wash them then wait for them to dry up.

If your talking about the main board a can of compressed air is the easiest solution

could also use one of those lysol wipes.
