Need help finding replacement usb case inputs.

The one in the picture is usb1 and is broken. I need the same thing and in usb 2. Can I mod this to fit or can I get a replacement with the screw holes? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Internal-Motherboard-USB-2-0-9pin-female-to-2-port-A-female-convert-card-adapter-/111574861285?hash=item19fa6145e5

You could always try good ol' hot glue/gorilla glue with the part off of eBay. For the gorilla glue you will need a vise or a clamp though.

That may not be as good an idea to hot glue in, you would probably be better off drilling holes into the case and screwing it in (though who wants to drill into what I think is a rackmount case, they're not always cheap.) What case is it by the way?

Its an OLD case. If you look at the build pics the hdds block the pci. hot glue? They wont be used much at all. But fans go right on top so it may get in the way.

Seems like a good solution with an internal USB extension cable, You could probably take off the old metal plate from the previous board and use some good quality double stick tape to adhere on the new unit, just be sure not to short out the PCB board.
