So on my Asus q302 ultrabook it has an i3 4030 and 6gb ddr3 1600. In the bios the default allocation of ram to graphics was 64mb and the max was 512mb. Anybody know of a way to get around that max and allocate more without a custom bios. It's probably not possible but I thought I'd ask anyways.

that is a nope, sometime it's not even about what the brand of your ultrabook is doing, most of this SoC/APU have limitations right from the foundry that created them, the BIOS just has to reflect those limitations .
