Don't open cases... just buy your skins you want... 

Opening cases is the same as gambling basically.

Have a look on Google as to what each case potentially can drop and go for the cases with the most skins you like the look of.

Unless you really want to gamble, the amount of money you spend on chests will go over the amount of the item you probably want.
