Windows 10 color issues.

I am having an issue with windows ten.. Most of the time when I open pictures in photo viewer or picture gallery, white shows yellow. This doesnt happen anywhere else, except those two. And its not only white, it also adds a yellow tint to the whole image. This is very annoying as a graphics designer and I would love if someone could help me with this issue.

is it the little drop shadow on the windows cause you can change thoes colors on personalization

No its not that. Its that the whole image has like a yellow overlay on it, and it also has a yellow background.. I think it might be my AMD Catalyst control but any other white is perfectly fine, ex; websites, applications, etc
