Dude. Been 16 minutes, calm down. Sometimes it takes longer.

Are you saying that you can't even go into BIOS, or is it just Windows asking for a repair? If it is Windows, try creating a clean install

Try creating a fresh install of Windows - most likely a driver issue.

 

How long do you wait with the "input not supported"? if you shut it down immediately, it will probably never go anywhere. Try waiting anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour, see what happens. It might be doing the repair.
