Nothing I plug into any USB port is recognized. My KB & M work, my phone charges, but cannot be accessed, neither can any storage devices. I have recently installed a new copy of Windows 7 64bit. Last time I did this I had the same problem and I cannot work out how I solved it. I'm pretty certain it has something to do with drivers.

Specs:

CPU:

A10-7850k (stock)

Mobo:

Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2

Any help will be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Yea mine did the same thing. One time I just connected it to the internet and finally an update gave me usb 3 support and I got my mouse back. Mouse works in BIOS right?

Second time I said"bleep it" and actually paid money for Win 8.1......I feel so dirty.

Windows 7 is pre-USB3

Dau has 7870k with an 88 chipset and I have the7850k with msi a68h board....hence the 2 fixes
